Yesterday, a little friend followed me around the garden as I weeded a bit. Is this a sparrow? I am so not a bird watcher, but I do enjoy their songs and company. :-)

I planted this jasmine a few years ago, and it has been a slow grower. This is the first year I can enjoy the aroma from more than a few inches away. Beautiful!
Here is my first gladiola of the season. This may be my favorite flower. Such a range of beautiful spring colors, long lasting, and just a great wow-factor.
